I'm so excited to announce, that I'm 7 lbs lighter than what I was 7 days ago!! Additionally, I've completed three new tasks unrelated to weight but will better my future, AND I've successfully scheduled "Me Time" all week and was a better wife and mother for it. Last week, was a good week! Focusing on your success outside of weight loss can help you win!
